Because our work is fully custom and time-based, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

• If no work has started after payment was made

• If we are unable to deliver the initial concepts within the agreed timeframe

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Once initial concepts or drafts have been delivered

• After the project has entered the revision stage

• If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 10 days

• If the final files have already been delivered

• If the client changes their mind about the project or direction

3. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has begun, a partial fee may still apply based on the work completed.

4. Quality Assurance

If the client is unsatisfied with the first concept, revisions are included based on the package purchased.
